Migliavacca is awarded the 2019 Richard Harlow Cup

At the Annual General Meeting of The Italy & Colonies Study Circle (ICSC) held on 28 September in London at the Union Jack Club it was decided that the 2019 recipient of the Richard Harlow Cup is Giorgio Migliavacca "for his tireless and medal winning work on the society quarterly journal Fil-Italia". The Cup is named after the well-known Honourary Secretary and founder of The Italy & Colonies Study Circle who has been serving in that capacity since 1974. Migliavacca is a founding member of the ICSC.

La Coppa Richard Harlow 2019 aggiudicata a Giorgio Migliavacca

All'Assemblea Annuale dell'Italy & Colonies Study Circle (ICSC) tenutasi il 28 Settembre scorso a Londra all'Union Jack Club il sodalizio filatelico e storico postale ha deciso di onorare l'editor del trimestrale sociale Fil-Italia, Giorgio Migliavacca, con la Richard Harlow Cup "per il suo instancabile lavoro sulla multi-medagliata rivista del circolo, Fil-Italia". La Coppa prende il nome dal noto segretario onorario e fondatore dell'Italy & Colonies Study Circle, che presta servizio da ben 45 anni. Migliavacca e' socio fondatore dell'ICSC.
